About Angelique - Tulip Bulbs (Double Late)

Tulipa

Seed Type Bulb
Plant Type Double Late

Angeliques are hugely popular and are considered the most elegant of tulips. They are gorgeous, sweet-smelling, AND so easy to grow! These Double Late Tulips flower in late spring and produce more than one bloom on each stem. With their large, ruffled petals, they look like a cross between a peony and a rose – perfect for gardens and bouquets! If you look closely, you'll see that the petals are not one color, but several different shades of pink, and a soft yellow glows inside at the base of each bloom. They grow between 16–20 inches tall and last for several weeks; they can last even longer if you keep them in a cool spot. Try growing them inside, too!
