About Paprika Fono - Re-Blooming Bearded Iris

Iris germanica

Featured New
Seed Type Rhizome

For a temperate flowering perennial, Paprika Fono Bearded Iris looks almost tropical. Someone could have taken a brush to Paprika Fono’s petals, they’re so perfectly painted: rimmed in crimson, fading to yellow with a touch of white on the throat. Paprika Fono is truly an original and may very well be the most striking bearded iris of all. This vibrant reblooming cultivar flowers twice a year, setting seven to ten blooms on each stem. You can do the math–that’s a lot of color!
